This time, I’m not going to write tips on how to bake unreal pancakes, because I’ve written about it in many of my recipes. But I get questions about what kind of fat I bake and how much I add. Pour a slice of oil into the pan, it fits well and smear the whole pan evenly with an olive paper towel. Bake over low heat; better weaker heat - then bakes nicer, does not shine. Ingredients
1 and a half glasses of flour
1 and a half glasses of kefir
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salts
Making
Mix the products in one deep bowl: kefir, butter, egg. in another add and mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Then pour the flour mixture into a container in which you mix the kefir. Mix everything well. Leave the dough to stand for 10-15 minutes to swell the flour.
Bake in a medium heat pan over low heat. It would be shouted to hang the dough and put the pancakes of the desired size in the pan.
When baking the pancakes expand a bit, so you should leave some space for them to expand. The pancakes should have a lot of holes that look like a honeycomb.
Bake until nicely browned. Serve with your favorite jam, sour cream, or a mixture of both. Delicious.
